International Travel Insurance: Make sure you have obtained your international travel insurance ASAP and advice BMX Australia of this immediately, if not already done so.
Travel via the USA: You will need to apply online for a USA Visa Waiver (cost USD$14) if you are traveling through the US. You will require a current passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from date of arrival into the USA. Please apply on the following website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/
Children Under 18 Years of Age: If you are under 18 years of age and are NOT traveling with both your parents, an appointed adult or the traveling parent is recommended to have a note from both (or one) of the child's parents acknowledging the overseas travel and permitting the individual to do so. Health Precautions for Travel To Columbia: You must be vaccinated for Yellow Fever due to Australian Government Regulations. Malaria Course is recommended - please check with your doctor.
Smart Traveller: BMX Australia highly advises every person traveling to register their travel plans on the DFAT website here in case of any emergencies.
Sponsorship logos: Any riders intending to place a sponsor logo on their nation team race jersey must first obtain approval from BMX Australia. There are strict rules that are applied by the UCI under 'UCI Rules:Part 1' surrounding national team jerseys. Please contact BMX Australia for more information.
