The 2017 BMX National Series is fast approaching and the final round looks like it’s going to be another stellar weekend of exciting racing for everyone. In 2017, there will be four Probikx/Champbikx Rounds with prize money up for grabs.

About the event

The fourth round of the 2017 BMX Australia National Series will enjoy continued support from the Cairns Regional Council, who’s support of the sport dates all the way back to the 1992 National Championships.

As part of Cairns Regional Council’s commitment to BMX, five years ago the organisation introduced a Skate and BMX Strategy 2012-2022, with the 10-year plan created in recognition that BMX and skate related activities are important and valued pursuits of young people within the region.

The strategy purports to articulate the Council’s commitment to the provision of Skate and BMX facilities for existing and future generations. You can read it HERE.
